Send Money, Receive Food and be told to exercise. Go to Weight Watchers. Eat your own sensible diet and exercise. The big thing for weight loss is to learn to eat sensible and include an exercise plan into your life even it is no more than walking 30 minutes a day every day.

dont know anybody who has tried la weight loss, but hear about it on the radio. my sis loves curves and a friend lost a ton of weight on jenny craig. good luck!

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair
