I am just curious what other people's resting heart rates are. If nobosy minds and wants to tell me what your resting heart rate is, your age, gender, and weight(if that does not offend you). Thanks!!! :D

Before I started taking medicine for it 7 months ago, mine was anywhere from 85-150 when resting. age 29, female, 185 lbs.
Now it stays around 54-78 when resting (and my weight is down to 162 lbs.)

My last physical was at the end of July. I am male, 38, I weighed 181 on that day. My pulse was under 60. It was a morning appointment, and I had also just had at least two cups of coffee before that.

Well due to caffeine....mine is about 100 bpm, I am 28 yrs old, and weigh 130lbs. A normal sinus rythym is 60-100bpm unless you are doing a cardio work out.

the last time i check (best time to check is when you wake up) mine was RHR 53bpm, 26years old and Male, 120lbs
the reason for mine being so low is that i do lots of intense training. conditioning myself for competitions.
