I'm sure it is fine - a mutli vitamin isn't going to hurt you as long as you take it as directed. Just make sure you eat before you take it - I've thrown up before from taking a vitamin on an empty stomach! Bleh.

I've never taken Trimspa, but have taken other diet pills in the past, and always taken a multi vitamin while taking these. Right now I'm taking Herbalean, and one of the benefits is that they list all their ingredients (and it is all natural).

The only ingredient I have ever had problems with is zinc. Make sure that you don't get too much of that or you will feel sick.

I cant believe you are more worried about the multi vitamin than taking a diet pill. You should always be taking a multi vitamin supplement.

No idea. But I do know some medicines- including diet pills- will make your body get rid of nutrients before it can use them. Read the bottles and see what they say.

Good luck!
