Use the trimmers on 1 or 2-- cut it really short. That way, you still have a little "stubble" to play with, but the coming baldness won't be so dramatic. Nothing is worse than a comb-over (not that you have one). Short hair on guys is really sexy.
(And get rid of the "face fur"!-- smooth is niiiiiiice!)

Leave it as is in the picture (facial hair also).. Looks good! Short but not shaved.
