the reason he was gone for two years was because i was drunk and i kissed a guy in front of him. and he left me for two years. and in that time i really missed him and figured out that i loved him. and he came over a couple months before i moved to florida and thats when that happend.and he and i were both in other realtionships during thoes two years. and he said after we did that that we whould still be friends but he didnt talk to me tell i moved to florida maybe he didnt want to get anything strated because i was moving but i really miss him

it is not always easy to know the appropriate thing to say. most guys know that women are much more sensitive than we are. saying the wrong thing at a time like that could ruin it for both. after just being drained of all your energy it would be to easy to say something stupid or make a commitment that you don't want to make. sex is a violent act. i have even felt guilty afterward. and of course there is always the fear that you did not bring your partner to orgasm. if you feel like talking why not start the conversation. or you could just ask him what he is thinking about so deeply. start the conversation by telling him what a great lover he is and how glad you are that he is back home. he will be more responsive if you get things started. i don't know where he was for two years but maybe something happened that he wants to tell you about but can't find the words. if you care about this guy end the awkward silences before they become too long and too frequent.

You did not see your ex for two years but you just have him come over and the two of you have sex? He was quiet because he had nothing to say to you, he basically just came over and hit it quickly. He got his and was ready to move on -- why talk to you? He already got what he came for.

Becasue he only chatted you up long enough to be get the sex - not because he cared what you had to say. This is a trick men use often and you might want to get used to it - or learn to make them wait.

most guys after sex have nothing to say, most of them fall asleep or just be quiet for a long time until they make the female feel awkward enough to ask them to leave....it's just a guy thing; girls love to talk and shared their feelings and guys don't specially after having sex

There is a biological chemical reaction that acts as a natural sedative in men after they have sex. It is why most guys tend to fall asleep after sex. Its not that he isn't interested in you, its just that his own body just shot him full of downers.

Maybe he felt guilty because he has a girlfriend that loves him. Do you know if he does? Or maybe he felt relaxed and at peace. You should ask him why he was so quiet.

Because after he got what he came for, there wasn't much left to say. But don't worry, he'll come around with plenty to say again.

Usually guys don't have much to say after sex, they are tired. In this case, it sounds like he was prolly thinking about what had happened.
