yes you can roll wett hair on velcro rollers if the hair dries on them the curl is more likely to stay in but use a gel or mousse first . make sur ethe hair is completely dry before you remove them or the curl will just fall out!

I am a cosmetologist and I say no........ dry hair is best to smooth out frizzies and give shape. Spritz dry rolled hair with hot sets from Redken and wait at least 10 min before removing. velcro are wonderful!!!!!

Not really, alot of rollers are meant fro dry hair, well except for the old fashion ones

Yes you can, on my hair it actually works better than on dry hair. Just remember that it takes a little while for your hair to dry (mine is shoulder-length and it takes about an hour to air-dry...10 minutes with a blow-dryer)

I would roll them when your hair is almost dry.. just damp. Othewise, it will take forver to dry and not hold the curl...

I wouldn't it seems like they tangle the hair when its dry and your hair is weaker when wet.
