I have been hanginout withthis guy for a few years now but lately he has started picking on me much more(ie pulling my hear and trying to scare me when we watch horror flicks) also he has gotten a lot more touchy feely like laying his head in my lap and outting his arm around my sholders in public. I don't think of it as being odd but my friends all thing he has a bit of a crush on me...Are those signs he is into me??

It sounds like that's the case! Most guys don't take the effort to flirt unless they're interested in you, so I would think he might be thinking of you as more than a friend. Be sure that you want to make into more than friendship before you jump in; it could ruin the friendship. Or it could turn into the best relationship ever! Sometimes good guy friends make great boyfriends.

You have to ask him. What made him did so to you?
He is into you? Maybe yes maybe not..
If he is really into you, that it wouldn't be just hair pulling, lying his head a lot, and wrapping his arm to you. If we call love here, then there are many things to deal with..it's all about caring and giving..
Do you think after all those years you've been with him, you felt his affections and cares? If yes, than, he loves you dear..

I believe that he is comfortable with you and that he rather have you as a friend for now. Some guys like having friends that are girls and can be themself with. I have a few and they hug me and loop arms with me and try to protect me but it goes no futher than that.
