no it's a drug and foreign substance for your body, as said previously it only lets your muscles absorb more water, thus you're only gaining a difference on the outside, instead of actually building muscle and getting stronger
if you want to increase mass and strength naturally use weights and eat about 4000 calories a day (most of it should come from high protein food)
a reason why you might not see a difference is because pushup and situps while making you stronger don't really increase muscle mass too much, plus they're very aerobic oriented exercises which means that you actually burn a lot of calories and thus lose weight when doing them
so go the natural way, it'll make you feell better in the end, good luck

Your metabolism is very high. Believe it or not because of that the fact that you are working out makes it that you don't put on weight. You can increases your calorie intake to increase your weight. You can speak to your doctor if you are concerned. I would recommend continuing to work out and just build muscle. You will probably not put on a lot of weight but muscle will grow. When I was your age I was about 6'2" and 160. I worked out for about 5 months vigorisly. I was able to get to 175. 6 months later I was at 185 but was in great shape.

Creatine is useless.
Yes it will make you look bigger, but thats just because it allows you muscles to retain more water. You not gaining actual muscle mass.
Once you stop using it, lots of the work you've done will go away.
In addition to that long term effects of creatine use it unknown.
Stick to using whey, it may not work as fast but it helps, and its safe.

I know a lot of people who use creatine, and they're huge. Not only are they huge, they're also really strong. But, if all you're going to do is pushups and sit-ups, don't use it, because that's not what it's for. If you bench press and curl (biceps) a lot, then you should definitely use creatine.

creatine, while useful, is just the latest fitness fad.
i strongly suggest reading more helpful information via message boards on beachbody.com or freetrainers.com
there are some reputable people on board there and you can get loads of free information without joining any bandwagon
