I know Muslims are monotheistic.
Many Americans, however, are NOT Christians. Some are athiests, some are pagans, some are agnostics, some are Muslims! None of these people believe in the Trinity, and are yet Americans.
Not all Christians believe in the Roman Catholic explanation of the Trinity, either.
Jesus is the Messiah, the Saviour of the World, God revealed as flesh, the Atoning Sacrifice. He claimed to be "One with the Father". If He was "only a prophet", such a claim would be a lie; the lie would negate his prophetic status. He is either the Saviour of the world, the Messiah, OR he was a sorcerer, possessed by a devil, OR he was crazy. Crazy people can't raise the dead and give sight to the blind. A demon-possessed sorcerer cannot do good in God's name. That leaves only one option.

Actually, no. You are greatly mistaken. This is to be expected when you have a religion that so carefully controls and blocks any form of free speech or religious expression.
In truth, Americans (specifically, those in the United States), believe in religious freedom, worship a wide variety of ideas of what "God" is, or even "gods and goddesses", or even have the right to no religious beliefs at all. It's quite wonderful. Unlike Islam, which puts people on trial with the penalty of death if found guilty of joining another religion, we encourage the exploration of religious beliefs, even Islam. It's unfortunate that you do not understand that Islam is going through a reformation, and will soon join the rest of the world in it's appreciation of religious freedom and tolerance.
They have no choice. It's that, or be torn down by their own people.
The revolution has begun. Cheer us on, everyone. Islamic tyranny will fail, and Islam, with all the beauty and science, arts and culture that once made it one of the centers of the civilized world will rise again and get over their fear and hatred of the West. They will join the 15th, 16th, and eventually, the 21st centuries in the next decade. Help them along where you can, they have a long way to catch up.

Strange that you say that all Americans believe in the Trinity of God(the father, the son and the holy ghost), not all Americans are christian, there are members of every faith(including islam) on this planet that called themselves americans.
I suggest that you go and study some more before you ask foolish questions.
Remember Islam is based on both the Jewish and Christian religions

Yes, I knew that. Muslims beleive in one God. Christians beleive in 3 eintities that all combine to form one God. Just like an appletree is made of apples, branches, leaves, etc- the Christian God is made up of seperate parts while still being one God.
Also, not all Americans are Christian. Some are Muslim. Some are Quaker. Some are Atheists. Some are Pagan. It's not a prerequisite of americanism to be Christian. Thankfully, in America, religion isn't forced on anyone. You may want to look into this concept. It's nice.

well Any being that is immortal could be considered a God, angels the devil ,Demons all of these Godlike supernatural characters in the Koran so the fact is you believe in many GODS you just have a favorite all power-full one at the center.
You have a complete and total lack of knowledge of other peoples beliefs Just like what I gave you today the best thing you could do is stop proving your an idiot. DO what THE KORAN TELLS YOU TO DO AND WORK ON YOUR OWN SIN . Then maybe people will want what you have, Till then your just a nut who doesn't do what his own bible tells him to do.

I think Islam is a false religion and Jesus was the son of God and is God. The Qu'ran tells you that the Holy Bible is true and the words of Moses is true and even agrees that what Jesus said is true and that he will return.. Why then, do you not believe what Jesus says and why then do you not believe the scripture in the Holy bible and why does the Qu'ran contradict itself?

not Americans per say but Christians believe in trinity! absolutely! Amen to that!!
We worship one God in Trinity and Trinity in Unity, neither confounding the Persons nor dividing the substance. For there is one Person of the Father, another of the Son, and another of the Holy Ghost; but the Godhead of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, is all one, the glory equal, the majesty co-eternal. The Father is made of none, neither created nor begotten; the Son is of the Father alone, not made, nor created, but begotten; the Holy Ghost is of the Father and of the Son, neither made, nor created, nor begotten, but proceeding.
