i like him so much but he is going out with someone who just isn't attractive and it bothers me ...i feel like i'm ugly
Besides she is my friend and she knew that i like him and still she went out with him...she even told me and was very happy

I NEVER USED THE WORD UGLY TO DESCRIBE MY FRIEND ...it's just that i'm into this guy very much and if you think that i'm a shallow person well you guys dont really know me so dont judge for what i wrote

Guys usually look for girls who are easy (will give it up quick) (I AM NOT CALLING HER EASY) maybe he sees you as being a girl with standards. Men usually want females who are easy to date while they are in school and want nice girls to marry or be with later in life when there hormones aren't haywire. Keep the faith. If he is meant for you he will be for you. Maybe he sees her as a good person but since your friend went out with him knowing you liked him maybe not (I would not call her a friend anymore, I bet you can't trust her anymore). I would reevaluate who I call friends and acquaintances. Maybe someone else is looking for someone just like you don't short change yourself for a guy. You are beautiful; just the way God made you.

what ever floats his boat u dont have to feel like u r ugly just because he's goingwith someone that u think is unattractive she might have a great sense of humor or she might just be his type or she might just be fun to be around people that go for looks most of the time dont have a happy and healthy relationship because there blind there not looking at the total pic.

Firstly, if she`s really your friend, she wouldn`t do that to you. I doubt you`re ugly, its just that those type of situtations can make you feel that way. I was in a very similar situtation, but we weren`t friends. The fact is, everyone wants someone to care about them A LOT and if you show him that he`s very important to you and that you`d do almost anything for him, he`s going to be attracted by that. Though, that was easy for me because I fell in love with the guy.

Sometimes believe it or not - not all men are so shallow to ONLY go out with a girl because they are pretty. Some times guys find girls that they have things in common with and go from there. Maybe he likes her because she is fun to be with and makes him smile. Isnt that enough? J

Let those who find love be happy. Apparently he has found something in her that attracts him. If she is really unattractive, maybe she thinks he is her only chance. Be sure you are not just having a case of sour grapes. It sounds more like you are upset because it is your friend that is dating him. Not because he is dating someone that is unattractive.

Not all men are shallow and will date females for other reasons like personality. You may feel hurt, but be happy for your friend. Find someone else

If that person is unattractive to him then I would say desperation. If the person he is dating is attractive to him remember this.....Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One man's junk is another mans treasure.
If he was yours to begin with he would be now. Be happy that they are happy and move on. God has someone better planned for you ...trust.

Wow, that sucks.
I always judge a guy by what their ex's looked like. Sad, but true. I just didn't want to be classified the same as someone who was ugly - it would ruin my self esteem.
Love is blind? No taste? Lowered expectations?

It must be her personality he likes, which is way more important than looks. If someone is pretty but is a b itch, then they aren't worth putting up with just because they look good. If you like someone for who they are, then their looks get better, and you find good qualities that are otherwise not obvious.
