ok so lately i havent really been hungry during my lunches/ breaks during school. although ive been in this program to study cosmetology i just have been stressed out and irriated and have not had an appetite like i should. im worried because no matter what i do i just dont get hunry and its not like im annorexic because i dont think im fat or nething, i wanna gain wait but i dont get hungry.. i dont know if its depression or what ... but i need help..

I know how it is. When I'm really busy I forget to eat or just don't feel hungry. The important thing is to have at least a little food now and then. You should never go more than 5 hours without eating something even if it's just potato chips or a snack.

stress causes you to lose your appetite. try an relax. even if you're not hungry, make sure you eat something. an apple, a handful of grapes or something. and take a multi-vitamin, too.
