The simplest way of knowing this is by looking into his eyes. A guy can hide his facial emotions but he always gets betrayed by his eyes. So if somebody really likes you then you can definitely see a twinkle in his eyes when he talks with you.
I know it is not so easy to interpret his feelings by looking into his eyes but dont despair its not so hard either. Give it a try, may be his feelings may get kindeled and may burst out through his eyes.

I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA! It drives me crazy. I get so many mixed signs. I do know, never jump to conclusions when it comes to the other sex, you can think they like you and are flirting. BUT in actuality they could just be natural flirts and dont give a rats bum about you. Good luck.

Maybe he stares at you a lot, finds way to touch you, or make physical contact. looks into your eyes when your talking to him, laughs when your not trying to be funny. teases you...stuff like that. Just think: how do you show a guy you like him?He's probaby doing the same thing to you...

well he always once to be around u but a thing to think about is confronting him if you do make sure its away from his friends so he dont get all emarrased just go and say hey do u like me i like u and what not dont be shy

good signs: when he talks to you alot and stands next to you most of the time
bad signs: don't stand too close he might touch you somewhere..

him staring at you, smiling at you, and other things are good ones bad ones are his friends asking you out for him, or him talking about you behind your back

The only way to know for sure is to ask. That might be hard but if you want him it's best to let him know.

he keeps staring at you, asks about you when you are not there. always wants to sit next to you. am saying this because i met my boyfriend at work, and he kept staring and smiling at me before we even started chatting
