Depends on your tates.
* Discovery HD Theater's got the Atlas HD project that's pretty to look at in 1080i
* Universal HD is showing S2 of Battlestar Galactica and Firefly in 720p. Damn, its impressive.
* HBO's got Serenity in HD. Saw "Sith" in HD...didn't look as nice as Serenity.
* ESPN and Fox are showing the MLB playoffs. Baseball definitely looks good in HD.
* CBS has NFL coverage in 1080i, just a smidge better than the other HD football shows. Just wish all the games were HD, though.
* INHD shows the Howard Stern On Demand best of shows in HD. I guess some markets can get HSOD in HD all the time. There's something special about seeing Baba Booey's gob in HD.

I like "Lost" and "CSI: Miami" for best picture quality. "Boston Legal" and "Desperate Houswives" are also very good. DiscoveryHD and HDnet both have outstanding individual programs. In particular, the DiscoveryHD programs on the shuttle launches are spectacular.
