I would say go to the doctor. A splint or brace may help, and in the meantime, remember RICE
R - rest
I - ice
C - compression
E - elevation

Go to your doctor who will refer you to physical therapy. Physical therapists will help you to build back the muscle lost during the time your wrist was injured. Over the counter wrist supports also help alot when you are using hand and wrist alot.

buy a wrist brace with an insert to keep your wrist still. You never gave it a chance to heal. it may be sore forever, now.
