Since it is Ramadan, some Muslims may not be around to answer you. I am not a Muslim but I live among Muslims and I have read the Qur'an and know how to pray. So you can do it too. There are many websites but the ones I use most frequently are:
http://www.quransearch.com
http://www.quranbrowser.org
So, you can learn to pray too. The salat, as an obligation upon all Muslims and a sign of submission and humility, and adherence to the Islamic community, is held to be a sign of the true believer, who thus, for his devout and conscientious regular worship, will gain admittance to paradise.
Here are the basics.
First you must declare your intention to pray. Then perform ablutions (wudu/ghusl), then face the kaaba (qibla) (direction of Mecca) and repeat memorized prayers in Arabic according to the prescribed prayer at the prescribed time with a serious intention in your heart. If Arabic is not your native language, repeat the sounds and learn what the prayers mean in your language.
Muslims observe the formal prayers at the following times: You can find the exact time for your location here:
http://www.prayerminder.com/
or download: http://www.salaattime.com/
http://www.islamonline.net/english/Prayertimes/prayer.shtml
http://www.mawaqit.com/
The prayer time changes daily because the length of day and night changes daily. Because of the rotation of the earth, the revolution of the earth around the sun, the tilt of the earth, the various latitudes of the earth's locations, daylight savings time, etc. -- the "times" (according to the clock) for these prayers do change from day to day and depend on location.
Prayer Times 5 per day:
Fajr (pre-dawn): This prayer starts off the day with the remembrance of God; it is performed before sunrise. 2 raka
Dhuhr (noon): After the day's work has begun, one breaks shortly after noon to again remember God and seek His guidance. 4 raka
'Asr (afternoon): In the late afternoon, people are usually busy wrapping up the day's work, getting kids home from school, etc. It is an important time to take a few minutes to remember God and the greater meaning of our lives. 4 raka
Maghrib (sunset): Just after the sun goes down, Muslims remember God again as the day begins to come to a close. 3 raka
'Isha (evening): Before retiring for the night, Muslims again take time to remember God's presence, guidance, mercy, and forgiveness 4 raka
Partial Ablutions (wudu) Here's How:
http://www.submission.info/practices/salat/video/ablution.ram
http://www.islamicity.com/Mosque/salat/salat6.htm
A Muslim begins every action with intention.ب To yourself, make the intention to cleanse yourself for prayer, for the sake of Allah.
To yourself, say "Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem" (In the name ofب Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful).
Wash your hands three times, making sure the water reaches between the fingers and all over the hands.
Bring a handful of water to your mouth and rinse it thoroughly three times.
Sniff water into your nose three times to clean it.ب Use your right hand to bring up the water, and your left hand to expel it.
Wash your entire face three times.
Wash your arms, up to the elbows, three times.ب Start with the right.
Use your wet hands to wipe over your head once, from front to back and front again.
Use your wet fingers to wipe the inside and outside of your ears, once.
Wash your feet up to the ankles three times.ب Start with the right.
Dry off.
Make the supplication,"Ashhadu anlaa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shareekalahu, washhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasooluhu (I witness that none should be worshipped except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger).
The Complete Ablution (Ghusl/Bath)
The whole body with the nostrils, mouth and head must be washed by a complete bath before commencing prayer in any of sevaral cases. (see website)
The Dry Ablution (Tayammum) If water is not available, one must touch clean dry soil, then wipe his hands and face. This suffices as a substitute for ablution (4:43, 5:6).
Hijab - Women are required to cover their hair for salat.
Qibla - direction to face for prayer (salat):
Some Muslims from North America determine this direction using a rhumb line, while most Muslims worldwide use a great circle. Locate your city on the map and calculate the direction of the qibla here:

Here's How (for more detailed instructions see websites):
Make sure your body and place of prayer are clean.
A prayer mat, sajjada, is commonly used
Niyyat (intention) Make the intention to perform your obligatory prayer.
There are 9 postures used during a prayer
Posture 1 Takberaat (standing):

Posture 2 Al Qayyam (standing)
Standing with hands folded over chest, recite the first chapter of the Qur'an in Arabic (Surat-ul-Fatiha).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etglkoPw8u8&mode=related&search=
Then recite any other verses of the Qur'an that you would like.
Posture 1 Takbeerat
Raise hands up, saying "Allahu Akbar."
Posture 3: Ruku (bow from waist place hands on knees)
Bow, reciting three times, "Subhana rabbiyal adheem" (Glory be to my Lord Almighty) or recite once Subhana Rabbiyal `Azimi wa bihamdih (Free from all defects is my Lord, and with His praise I bow
.
Posture 4 Qayyam
Rise to standing while reciting "Sam'i Allahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa lakal hamd" (Allah hears those who call upon Him; Our Lord, praise be to You). (Allah listens to one who praises Him)
Posture 1
Raise hands up, saying "Allahu Akbar."
Posture 5 Sajjdah (prostrate hdead to ground)
While performing Sajdahs during prayers, it is obligatory that both the palms and the knees, and both the big toes are placed on the ground. Prostrate on the ground, reciting three times "Subhana Rabbiyal A'ala" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High). or Subhana Rabbi yal A`la wa bihamdih (once)(Glory be to my Great Sustainer, Most High, and I praise Him.)
Posture 6 Tashahud (sitting)
Rise to a sitting position, saying "Astaghfir-oolaha Rabbee wa Atoobo Ilaih" (I ask Allah, my Lord, to cover up my sins and unto Him I turn repentant). "Allahu Akbar."
Position 5
Prostrate again in the same manner.
Posture 7
Rise to a standing position, saying ""Bay Hawlillahay wa Qoowateyhee Aqoomo wa Aqud" (Due to the vigour given by Allah and because of the vitality from Him I rise and stand).Allahu Akbar."
This concludes one "rak'a" (cycle or unit of prayer).
Begin again from Step 3 for the second rak'a.
After two rak'as, one remains sitting after the prostrations and recites the first part of the Tashahhud in Arabic.
Qunoot
Keep your hands in front of your face, turning the palms facing the sky, and keeping both, the hands and the fingers, close together and recite the following:
Rabbana Aatayna Fiddoonya Hasasatawn wa fil Aakheratey Hasanatawn wa Qena Azabzn Nar
(O our Lord! Bestow upon us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the fire)
If the prayer is to be longer than these two rak'as, one now stands up and begins again to complete the prayer,
Posture 8 Quood
sitting again after all rak'as have been completed.
Recite the second part of the Tashahhud in Arabic.
Posture 9 Salam
Turn to the right and say "Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah" (Peace be upon you and God's blessings).
Turn to the left and repeat the greeting.

If you believe in Prophet Muhommad (PBUH) and Allah, then you are a muslim. We all as human beings, are at sin. There is no such thing as a perfect human being except for our Beloved Prophet and that is why Allah has ordered us to observe sunnahs. However, the five pillars of Islam are: Prayer, Fasting, Hajj, Zakat, and Sadaqah. Prayer will be the first thing asked about on the day of judgement and one who misses one prayer will have to go to Hell for 500 years I believe. Praying 5 times a day is the main thing to do to be a good muslim, along with being a good person and reading Quran daily. It is Ramadan now, so this will give you lots of time to reflect. You can repent and slowly become a better Muslim. If you wish to learn how to pray, there is nothing to be embarrassed about. I just recently joined a Quran class as my tajweed is weak. I am sure you can find an aalima in your town to can help you throught it step by step. I will remember you in my prayers as well. Asalam Walaikum.

Salam dear..dont worry, your still a Muslim :) Its good that you have this concern about not practising Islam though, realization will lead to change. Try injecting a little bit of Islamic practices in your daily life bit by bit (maybe pray at least once day). Try it, with time you'll find that peace comes from being near to Allah, not running away from Him. All the best!

the prophet[as] said that the differance between a muslim and a kafr is his[her] salat.so he who leaves the salat is a kafr.also, being born to muslim parents or in a muslim country does not make you muslim. the shahada does.polygamy is not an islamic concept.Allah made what was already a custom permissable up to four.where before islam there was no limit.so if you believe like you say you do,then submit to Allah's will instead of your own.and pray like we are commanded.and read quran for it is a means for Allah to speak to you.may Allah give us guidance.amin.

No. If you don't know about being a muslim and haven't read the quran how do you know you're a muslim? Just because someone told you or you were born into it? How do you know "Islam is the perfect one"? Read up on it, study, then do some extensive (really extensive) studies on at least three other religions of your choice, that interest you. Then you can make an informed decision of who you are and what you want to do.
Personally, I'm not a muslim but I have extensively studied it, among several other religions. I found truth elsewhere. Even if you become a muslim someday, you should still be open to studying other religions and peoples for the rest of your life. You will be surprised at what you learn about the world and yourself. The goal is not to necessarily agree with everything you learn but to understand.
It would also be interesting for you to study your ancestry to find out about the religion of your ancestors. This may be an interesting path for you to pursue. In speaking with many of my current practicing and formerly practicing muslim friends, I have learned their ancestors (sometimes not that far back) were forced into muslim conversion. Some people I know have converted back to the religions of their ancestors. Of course this depends on where in the world you're from and your heritage but nevertheless you should know about your family history and ancestors.

You are definitely a Muslim.
However, there is a difference between a Muslim and a Mu'min. A Mu'min (believer) is one who practices the religion because they truly believe in God...
(49:14)
The desert Arabs say, "We believe." Say, "Ye have no faith; but ye (only)say, 'We have submitted our wills to Allah,' For not yet has Faith entered your hearts. But if ye obey Allah and His Messenger, He will not belittle aught of your deeds: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

may peace be upon you
Allah is the Most-Merciful, the Oft-Forgiving, if you repent in all honesty, then you will be forgiven, Allah loves those who repent, but dont revert back to what you used to do, you have to resolve not go back to those sins, learn how to pray asap, you should believe that polygamy is acceptable, you just dont have to practice thats all
may Allah guide you

well just beleiving in Allah and His Messenger is of no avail -- u dont pray, fast -- still acceptable -- but GOOD DEEDS DO COUNT A LOT IN ISLAM. but still it is between u and Allah.
Al-Baqara | 286 verses | The Calf سورة البقرة
Sura #2 | Madina
177 It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces to the East and the West; but righteous is he who believeth in Allah and the Last Day and the angels and the Scripture and the prophets; and GIVETH WEALTH, for love of Him, to KINSFOLK and to ORPHANS and the NEEDY and the WAYFARER and to those who ask, and to SET SLAVES FREE; and observeth PROPER WORSHIP and PAYETH THE POOR-DUE. And those who keep their treaty when they make one, and the PATIENT in TRIBULATION and ADVERSITY and time of STRESS. Such are they who are SINCERE. Such are the Allah-fearing.

8 O ye who believe! Be STEADFAST WITNESSES for Allah in EQUALITY, and let not hatred of any people seduce you that ye deal not justly. DEAL JUSTLY, that is nearer to your duty. Observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Informed of what ye do.
9 Allah hath PROMISED those who believe and do GOOD WORKS: Theirs will be FORGIVENESS and IMMENSE REWARD.
