I am Chinese and I think my school is controlling my life, should I accept it or fight against it?

Don't let school be a controlling thing. I know what you mean; but school is meant to help you. You shouldn't fight against school because it would be harder to excel in life.
Here's a tip. Do your homework immediately after school. After that, you can be like "Screw school, I've done all my school stuff for today so now, I don't have to think about it until the next school day".

I guess you need to ask yourself how are they controlling my life? Do you live in China? I'm not sure of the school policy there but they may restrict what you have access to because they think they are protecting you as citizens. If it's important to you then fight it, but if it was me, I'd just accept it until I was out of school then try to reform it as an adult with the help of others that felt the same way.

Being Chinese has nothing to do about it dear! They are not trying to controll your life, they are trying to prepare you for the real world when you get out of school. They are trying to make you a better person so that when you get out of high school you have a chance to be someone and not a bum begging for other peoples hard earned money! Tough it up, and go to school! GRADUATE make something of yourself!

accept it . trust me this is how it will be......
man is a social animal and if he is not social.......he is animal.....society have made a procedure to compare two individuals and this comparision starts at school.
Not going to school will not be a solution as you would be placed at end of the grading ladder.
Here i would accept that this grading system is not always correect but it is correct most of the time.
You will use the knowledge you gained in school later down the line but for now concentrate on your schooling.

it doesnt matter what nationality you are school is all about education and learning learning new things to help you in your life and the future ahead of you everybody has to do it so put your head in your book and accept it .Good grades and a smart mind is what leads you into the job of your choice therefor a good life
