I understand it woud require major modifications but do you think it could be done? Has anyone ever seen something like it or possibly an Honda Insight?

i own a repair shop,and i have Mazda 626 with a Chevy 350 in it,,yes anything is possible to do but it does take some time to do,and some minor modifications also ,you need to be really good with a cutting torch and a welder,and also figuring out to make things work,and your going to be working in a small area you have to remember that,but its possible ,,anything can be done now days,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.

I got Ford Aspire with 454 big block chevy engine and it just peals tires like oranges on take off problem is there is no tire left to run on.

Probably but with a lot of work, wouldn't even look like a Prius afterwards I'd bet.

It'd be funny to see though

Yeah...but you wouldn't be able to make it a hybrid...the computers are totally different. With enough money, anything can be done. It would be a really interesting thing...More purposeful than what it is now...
