first off im not a car mechanic........second i've had a lot of beaters i've kept running........that is probably the line for your rear seat heater, or maybe some other heating thing like heated seats, your hose under car needs to be replaced, or you can bypass it and just not have back heater anymore. Follow hoses back from radiator to figure which one is leaking, replace that hose, don't bother trying to repair hose. it won't last. This probably shouldn't cost more than 200 to have someone who has tools knowhow and someplace to handle all the antifreeze that will be coming out when you replace hose.

Not enough info but sounds like a heater hose, as I have replaced several on these vehicles.

if its the rear of the engine you may have a freeze plug rusted through in which case you would have to remove the transmission to repair.
