How can I trade in my vehicle for something cheaper? I owe more than it is worth and I want to buy something older. I found what I wanted, but I want to be able to know that I am going to be able to trade or sell the vehicle I have now in adequate time. Any ideas on a more efficient way to sell my vehicle or how to trade for something that is cheaper than what I owe on my truck? ANy car dealers out there willing to answer this question?

Don't trade it. You're already in a bad financial situation. Try to sell it yourself, then go find a cheaper car. Start looking now and have an idea what you want to get, so if your car sells, you won't be without.

Here is a website with all the information (free) that you need to know about buying and selling cars. Take a little time to do some research and you will appreciate it. I was in the car sales business, and I can vouch for the info on this site.
