I dont think thats TOO much of a difference. Its completely up to you and whatever your comfortable with. If he flirts with you like crazy maybe you should let him know how you feel, but also tell him that just remaining friends is the next best thing. Good luck!

greetings...well theres one thing you've got going for you is that mom is in on the deal. i didn't read anything about her being against it so step one complete. as far as your ages, there are some things to consider regarding that. first off because he's older, he will be doing things that you wont be permitted to do just yet. he's legally an adult and soon will be able to drink. which means bars, nightclubs, Las Vegas..ect...so this is something you will have to contend with if you end up dating. not to worry. if he's as nice as you proclaim im sure he will be responsible. but let's not get ahead of the game just yet..now ah' day's its not uncommon for a girl to make the first move and ask a guy out. if you get those funny feelings in your stomach when you get around him, then thats your insides telling you to step up and make a move. this tennis venue thats coming up sounds like a great opportunity to take a shot. when he's alone just approach him and say..i was wandering if you would like to hang out after the tennis game. you know deep down he's going to accept..so go for it...good luck

No, the age difference is not bad. Don't tell him how you feel, let him make the first move. If you're flirting and you said you know he likes you, then be patient or he'll think you are too pushy. I know it sounds old fashion, but guys really like to be the one to initiate a relationship. From your discription it sounds like there's no doubt you two will end up together, so take it slow and enjoy it.

Tell him how you feel, know the quote broken hearts are often caused by words unspoken? When you're with someone it's not that big of a difference besides you can finally hug, and hold hands.

aah you are pretty! well, what matters is confidence!i think you should ask him out or something. don't say it as if your life depended on it. be casual, ask if he would like to see this movie with you.if he says yes, that gives you the signal.let him be the one to work for it from then. i would be careful though, if the the guy is 20 and you are an impressionable 17yr old

aww how cute.. unfortunately although age isnt a big deal, in your situation it is! just the fact that hes in college and your in highschool is enough to make it really hard on you.. I say if you REALLY like him go for it.. tell him how you feel, and see what he says or what happens... but if your somewhat unsure.. than wait and see if he makes the first moves and tells you how he feels and what not.. good luck!

You can tell him that you like him a lot and would like to maybe go out some time if he would like to. He may want to wait until you are 18.
