Run and diet. IF you aren't motivated, get a personal trainer. Talk to your doctor for some tips. But just be disciplined and do it. You will feel MUCH better and like exercising once you start.

Watch what you eat, instead of eating chips or junk food for a snack, try fruit, vegies or nuts. Cut sodas and drinks loaded with sugar and calories out of your diet, and try different flavored vitamin waters. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day can make you loose 10 lbs in water weight, which women are very good at retaining water, especially around that special time of the month. You can get fairly cheap workout videos, cardio is what your looking for, yoga, or pilates are great as well, those burn lots of calories. Theres other stuff you can do as well, like taking the stairs instead of an elevator, parking farther away from the store. When your watching tv you can do different excersises during commercials, like sit-up and luges etc. Good luck

I hate people like the guy above me who give dumb answers.

Eating too little or too much is BAD. EITHER ONE IS BAD.

If you eat too little it could even be worse and make you fatter since your body will go into starvation mode and make the best effort to save all the fat it can.

Eat about 1300 CALORIES A DAY along with a good source of vitamins(fruits, veggies, and etc). Refrain from fatty foods but get some source of calcium from milk and such. Do jogging for 30 mins each morning before your breakfast which should consist of something healthy like milk with cereal and a fruit.


Not eating at all may seriously affect your health and you might gain weight.

Run,walk and other excercise and also don't eat out and NO JUNK FOOD!!!! Try vegies and less red fatty meat,try turky and chicken. Go with potatoes (natrual0 But keep to haveing potatoes only three times a week and do rice for two days of the week. My boyfriend did this diet and he went from 265 pounds to 235 pounds in 3 weeks.

Heres a really good trick that helped me lose a lot of weight. Whenever you are hungry just drink as much water as you can. You trick your mind into thinking you are full but your not and water washes away fat also. After you do that start taking yoga. Its a great excersize that keeps you healthy and in shape also. It also helps you to stay balanced in life.
