What is your opinion? Make my living room easier or harder to clean?

Clean to suit your needs. Making it easier will give you more time to do other things you enjoy and making it hard will take your time away from doing other things...which in essence may be a good thing.

I have never seen your living room. But the less stuff in a room the easier it is to clean.
