The first man was the first man to act like a man, respect honor integrity kindness self respect and respect for others humility and the ability to think outside his lower instincts.
I would guess There were a few but the ones who come to my mind are Buddha, Jesus, A lot of the saints Martin Luther King Jr
Men like that . They are few There are Billions of boys. I don't know who was first.

According to Islamic teaching,the first man to walk in the earth was Adam and the first woman was Eve or Siti Hawa.
God dropped Adam in India and Eve at Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.They met each other at Rahmah hill in Arafah south east of Mecca.
