I have always had a fast matabulism and have eaten whatever I want. I have recently started eating healthier because I think I just feel better and well.... I feel healthier, plain and simple. The problem is, I am loosing weight. I have also taken up excercising more to get tonned. How can I still eat healthy, gain bit of weight and have enough to build a bit of muscle. I am not looking for alot of muscle.. lol.. I just want a nice fit body, istead of being so skinny and lanky.

I am 5.3ft and before I started this healthy eating deal I weighed 96 and I am no down to 89.

That happened to me too. I went down to 95 pounds. I'm now at 116. I ate healthy but ate extra desserts, and drank Ensure Plus to put on the weight. I also ate a lot of carbs. As long as you exercise the extra desserts won't hurt you, but you will gain the weight back. Keep eating healthy.

Well I would suggest you speak to your doctor, because it's still a "diet" that you're going through. You need professionnal advice to get on the right path. Eat pasta, that's good for athletes.

sweetie you need to do light work out sessions with weight training..use small weights. no running, jump roping, etc. you want to gain muscle not loose weight. eat lots of fruits and veggies, but don't forget your grains, oats, pastas, and breads
