Make a reservation to a nice restaurant, ask the waiter to bring out champagne at the right moment then present the ring along with the proposal. Afterwards, take her out to a classic play/musical for the grand finale.

I was proposed to in this way which was very unique...the marriage didn't work out...but the proposal was very cool.
He made me a breakfast in his apartment and left it on a table with a note and his computer on. There was a note on the table that read, "After you enjoy your breakfast, look to the computer for your next adventure." He had a scavenger hunt planned for me and had his friends in on the act. All the houses had maps leading to them and they all had keys to my next clue. I eventually ended up at a park that we used to take walks at and he was under a tree wearing a tux and had a limo waiting. He proposed under one of my favorite trees and then took me to an awesome resteraunt where the staff knew what was going on. He had my favorite meal prepared and brought to me and we shared laughs and drinks into the night.
To bad he didn't put as much thought into our marriage that he did for the proposal, but all the same, it was really cool and very memorable.

Okay well I think it would be very romantic to take her out to a chinesse resturant and have a fortune cookie with the marriage proposal in it, that would be awesome!!!! Can't help you with any words, cause that really ought to be personal if it don't come to you, then I don't know what to say. Maybe someone else will have that answer.

Take her back to the place where you took her on your first date. Get on your knee and tell her how much she means to you, and why you want to marry her. Than ask her to make you the happiest man alive and say (NAME) would you marry me?
Keep in mind that the thoughts and feelings have to come from you, just be sincere and tell her exactly the way you feel.
Good luck,
and if she says YES, congratulations!!

I think that being sincere is the best way to go. Just find somewhere that you can be alone, Let her know how much she means to you...and then tell her that you want to spend the rest of your life with her, BE VERY SERIOUSE!!!!AND on a personal note....Don't cry when you ask her it makes it look like your on your way to prison or something....Try a nice picnic and just casually ask her what she is doing for the rest of her life.LOL....just be genuine...

Think twice, if you are ready to get married why is it such a problem to ask some one the question. Are you going to be shy all your married life?I think you need to look at your motives very seriously or get to know your partner to the point where you are able to talk for your self

This is how I would want to be proposed to. It is sunset and the sky is filled with all kinds of colors. I would want to be blind folded. Then he would take me to a candle lit picnic. Then he would have our song playing. After we ate then he would blindfold me again and then he would say take off the blind fold and there he would be on one knee. He would say Love is all I can offer you. Since I met you my life has been filled with beauty. All I can do is ask you to continue your days with me so we can fill it with beauty forever more.

take her to a game and have them post the question on the board and she will find that very romantic or you can go to a restaurant and have the host play good music and then you get down on one knee and ask her

Take her somewhere you two shared a good experience. Make sure its a place she will remember too. Don't just say will you marry me. Tell her why you want to marry her then ask. Example: Name (use her NAME) I love you because .... I want to spend the rest of my life with you because ... Please will you marry me?
