where can i get directions for properly preforming Olympic lifts?

if you know any place on the internet were i can see a video of the olympic move i think is called clean and jerk were the barbell is on the ground and you have to lift it and then preform an overhead lift. anyways please tell me were to view this video.

Sure! If you go to "google.com", " Videos" (third tab from the left) and type in "Clean and jerk" you'll be all set. They also have videos for "power clean", "snatch", and just about any other lift that you're looking for.
