I would say aerobics to increase your pluse rate, so your pulse rate will be a bit faster while weight lifting it is easier to increase your pulse rate to burn calories and fat with aerobics.

I suppose that if you ask different people you will get as many different answers to this one. Personally as a trainer I prefer to have my clients and myself to work out with the weights after a aerobic class or session. Why? Because this way the muscles at their core are very warmed up and ready for the load.

Its aerobics first, weight lifting second. I did this way for years and found it to be correct. Ask a personal trainer and you will see I am right.

Weight lifting then aerobics or cardio, the weight lifitng starts of your metoblism. Which will help you burn more calories when do your cardio.

Do your cardio first get all the muscles nice and warmed up then lift. Then do a cool down and stretch. For me I love love love yoga. Have fun.

me my slef i perfer lifting first then cardio i want to beablet o lift as much as i can before . if i do cardio first i dont have as much energy as when i first walked in the gym
