My 13 year old son says he can't feel his pinky finger that it is numb all the time

Usually a pinched nerve. Test how much he is feeling by pinching his pinky until he yells or prick him with a needle without letting him look. I'm not trying to be mean, this will be important information for the doctor to determine why he has no feeling. He may have more feeling than he thinks.
