I think she's talking about someone taking her pictures and prentending to be her. I'm pretty sure the courts aren't going to do anything about it. A lot of people take other peoples pictures and pretend that they are theres or just pretend they are the person. Myspace will certainly take away any pages that do that but you can't take it to court, it's a waste of time and money. In fact, I think that sounds quite pathetic. Unless of course the page is gettin you into trouble with the police or something.

No.. they actually have free myspace layout copiers available on-line. I don't think there is anything illegal about it at all. Unless you have copyright-protected images up there which they have taken. Or if they have actually stolen your identity and are pretending to be you.. then you should complain directly to myspace, and see if they can get it taken down for you.

No, it's not a crime.
And since "myspace" websites are not copyrighted you can't sue them for it either.
"Myspace.com" can probably sue another company that copied their whole program but not for the individual spaces.

well if they are sayin they are you and talkin to people pretending to be you. then yes. thats called identity theft and what not. but just having the same page i dont think so. but if you want to more then id try messaging tom... but i dont no if hed answer back.. sorry but i really dont think there is anything you can do unless they are actully saying they ar eyou.
