I aksed out out this girl through a letter and now she dosn't really talk to me, we only have a hey, hey conversation. I really like here and I think that the letter screwed this up what do I do. Plz help me I really want to make a realationship with her.

I know that this is not the answer that you want to hear, but I have to be honest. If she does not have feelings for you, you can not make her start having feelings. If you continue the conversations about wanting a relationship with her, she is going to run far away and you will lose your friendship. Think about this....do you want her as your friend, or do you not want her in your life?
If you choose to keep her as a friend, then let her know that you are ok with just being her friend and then be her friend....

Sounds to me like she isn't interested, just go up to her and ask if she read the letter, and what is her answer, but I think I already know it and I think you do too.

You just need to get the nerve to actually talk to her. I don't think the letter necessarily "screwed it up"....it just put something out there that needs further discussion. She probably doesn't quite know what to say.

People tend to read and take things into different perspective. I say.. just speak to her in person...and ask her politely if she had read your letter and what she had thought about it. If she feels funny about what you had written.. well.. I think its best to leave it as is.. don't make matters worse...
Bottom line.. just don't give up...

well either she's not interested or there's some reason she can't go out with you (like her parents forbid it). Ask her straight out "So did you get my letter, what do you think about me taking you out?"
