It's actually a sleeping pill,and no it doesn't work for me.I have extreme anxiety and insomnia.I think Ambien is better(as a sleeping pill)I don't know why your cdoctor would presribe a sleeping pill for anxiety,unless it's a very low dose.It's a pretty mild drug.

Also consuming to almost bedtime it seems that maintains you conscious as does caffeine within the evenings. Distractions can hold you conscious and a few men and women use white noise machines to drown out environmental noises and feature best luck.
