Green Tea Benefits Skin!

The term "green tea" refers to the manufacturing method used to steam and dry the fresh leaves of the tea plant.
The tea's benefit can be achieved either through drinking a cup or applying it topically to the skin.

Tea contains several of the most potent and protective antioxidant vitamins and phytochemicals for skin health. The most important of these are vitamins C and E, carotenoids, and flavonoids.

Water is the best liquid for your skin. At least 8 glasses everyday.

Green tea is only good if you drink 10 POTS per day. You are better off taking a multivitamin with vitamin E to benefit from the antioxidants.

Antioxidants roam around the body and bind to free radicals, which cause wrinkles.

I new a chinese tea master who was passionate about the health benefits of green tea but was of the opinion that lightly oxidised oolong tea was by far the best for the skin.

The types she sold were high grades of dong ding(tung ting) and tie guan yin both of which are fantastic teas, but can be rather pricey for the good grades.
