Well, I had, or have, a huge crush on this guy I go to school with. We weren't friends at the begining of the year, but now we're good friends. Anyways, I'm not sure if he likes me or not, but like what are the signs a male friend likes you?
The second, less cliched part, is that my friend told a bunch of people we were going out, which we was three days ago, and we weren't. And now, he still talks to me, but everytime we do it has this really 'awkward' thing going on between us. Does that maybe mean that he liked me, or didn't like me 'that way' or what? He doesn't know I like him, neither does anyone at school

Well just in case you DO walk in on your parents, don't point and laugh or ask questions like why do they sag like that. But to answer the question you tricked us in here to ask...you might want to wait and gather more info before asking. Ask him to go out for a milkshake or sit at a Denny's and have a coke, something to that sort. Just feel it out. Don't rush it. It sounds like you are both young so you're not going anywhere anytime soon. If he ends up dating someone else then that'll be your answer and if you meet someone you are more interested in then that'll be your answer also. Otherwise just be observant when you are around him. And good luck with the parent sex thing!
