I've already got a nice flat stomach but I want to really get some muscle definition there. I'm really busy w/ school and stuff, is there anything I can do at home that may take like 10-15 minutes a day? Any tips please

Not bragging but I have like 0 fat on me. I'm 18 years old, about 6 foot and weigh 140 pounds. So I'm not that worried about losing weight.

Don't buy any of those crap machines. . Find a bar that holds your weight and try pull ups with your legs not hanging but pulled a little in front. Start at only a few at a time As you progress you can get to a pull up at a 45 degree angle that is total abs and also upper body with no money on fancy crap. Take it slow and in a week or so get back to me.

This is has worked for me. Do regular sit ups and crossed situps. But while "sitting up" go slowly, count to ten. It will tightne your abs, a bit more strenous to work the muslces, plus you don't to do that many!
