The painting is of a man kissing a woman, and the man is floating in the air. (he may be blue) he painted it for her for her birthday, this much i remember from art class :) It's not "the kiss" by Galerie Wien. it may be german, probably from early 20th century, although that could be wrong.

Yeah this is somewhat kitsch....it does not be absolutely everyone worth of understanding their call. strike a cord in me of a few thing you're able to purchase at cheesy markets, as this is totally cliché. And no, this isn't any longer Matisse! Matisse paints, and is a surrealist. this is for sure photos, maye manipulated? i do no longer comprehend i'm no longer a digital media expert.

It's not Gustav Klimt's The Kiss..., which is in Galerie Wien.

I think Buffy may be right here. It certainly sounds like you're describing Marc Chagall's La Marie.
