is there any type of bacteria that can affect a plants reproduction but allow it to keep living, flourishing as it should.??????

There are saprophytic bacteria attacking flowers, but they are so specialized they tend to attack only crops. Search information on them to gain more knowledge.

There is a disease of rice plants called Tundu disease which is caused jointly by a nematode and a bacterium called Corynebacterium which affects only the infloroscence. the plant growth and other features are normal only the floral parts are affected and instead of grains galls are formed.

A similar disease known as smuts is caused by fungi in Sorghum and wheat. the disease is called smut. In wheat, one cannot differentiate between a healthy plant and a diseased one. It is only when the seed(grain) is formed, you will smut spores instead of grain in diseased plant.
