With hypoglycemia, your body produces too much insulin to maintain a constant sugar level in you blood. You need to get tested by a doctor. If this is the case, you eat a high protein diet, cut out the bad sugars. Try not to eat too much crap, becase the insulin gets rid of it too fast. It isn't that big of a deal as everyone would like to think it is. You should watch your diet because as you age, you do have a better chance of becoming diabetic. If you get the dizzy feeling, drink juice. If you try to eat and you pass out, you could choke.

I have low blood sugar. Its a pain. I make sure and eat breakfast a good one. Like oatmeal or eggs and toast something that will stay with you. Then at about 11 or so I have a snack either juice with high sugar in it or a granola bar. Chocolate bars are ok but there only quick energy. I find they dont last as long as a good snack. I eat peanut butter crackers to .hope this helps.

I had that, I was in the store one day and all the sudden I got really weak, then I passed out. If you feel like you have a hole in your stomach you need to hurry and find something to eat, the feeling only gives you about 5 minutes to find somethinng. Also get tired faster. They say to eat 5 small meals a day and you wont have a problems. Good luck to you.
