Depends, blind faith is, but if you believe in God, but are willing to question him and his exisitence in the light of convincing proof, an dyou actually are not jsut saying that you are then you are fine.

That's a good definition. :)

If God appeared in the sky all the time, we wouldn't be able to give him our faith, would we? We'd have "certainty" instead of faith.

With faith, we can show Him our strength of character, and that we're willing to do our duty as Christians.

No. Faith is a conscious knowledge and belief. I knowingly and consciously believe in Jesus Christ as my personal LORD and Savior. There's absolutely nothing unconscious about it. I'm fully aware of putting my complete and utter trust in Him!!!

No. Many people make that same mistake.

Don't get me wrong, it's good to have trust in God, but trust is not faith.

Faith is living like you genuinely believe. It's substance and evidence like Heb 11:1 says:
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. KJV

It's the faith of James 2:18:
"Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works." KJV
