there are some possibilities

the situation could be medical, psychological, or spiritual.

For a night, you might want to put on some Christian music and play it all night. I recommend praise and worship music. There's one CD that I play while sleeping frequently. It's called "Sweet Presence of Jesus" by Rodney Howard Browne. You can find the CD in the music section at www.revival.com

I'm addressing this area because I'm a minister. I've heard of this sort of thing before and know of this remedy and others.

There's other things to do but try this first.

You have 2 choices (and I am serious)

#1. See a therapist
#2. Talk to your pastor if you have one, but for goodness sake don't see a Catholic Priest. If on the outside chance you really did have some kind of possession thing going on, a crucifix and holy water is not going to do the trick. Jesus and his disciples purely used the Authority of Jesus and commanded them out without fancy tools and without holy water or chants.

SUGGESTION:
Video tape yourself during your sleep. OR have your parents do it for you. It could be your sibling or someone else is hurting you while in a dream state and not you at all.

Me and the wife went through the same kind of thing a while back. The only difference is that she was beating the hell out of me at night. Something is bothering you on a subconscious level, you might consider hypnotism.

Do your dreams have anything to do with it? You might have dreams of being beaten up by yourself or by someone else. I used to always have anonymous scars all over my body when I woke up. I don't sleep walk, either. But uhm.. I thought when you were dreaming...you couldn't move? Or we'd be acting out our dreams?... I'm not sure.

will be nightmares that you do not undergo in recommendations? i have had acquaintances awaken with bruises they gave themselves of their sleep. i have also had one chum who broke his own arm in his sleep, and man or woman who dislocated hers. some thing will be bothering you and catching up with you if you're dozing. it might want to easily be nightmares although.
