You haven't specified if you are in a hurry to make breakfast or if for children also.
1.Yogurt w/wheatgerm-about 2 tablespoons, makes it crunchy
2.peanut butter on a spoon, or on graham crackers/half bagel
3.1cup milk, 1 cup juice, 1 cup cottage cheese w/sunflower seed
4.sliced cheese any, toasted roll, favorite kind of soup
The above are all quick and non traditional breakfast foods. We do not eat cereal, traditional eggs, pancakes, pop tarts or waffles at our house for breakfast but I want the kids to have nutritious food so we offer variety and simple stuff and fruit and milk.

"Good" to others may not necessarily be "good" to you.

I love old-fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins. However, my kids prefer instant oatmeal in a variety of flavors, that I tend to find are too sweet for my tastes. "Good" varies from person to person.

Fruit is a big breakfast item in my house, whether fresh, frozen or canned. It's difficult for me to think of breakfast without fruit but I tried!

During the week we usually stick to quick & easy breakfasts, which is what I think you are asking. (?)

one of my favorite "quick" meals:
MICROWAVE EGG SANDWICH

coat a microwavable glass dish with olive oil or non-stick spray. crack one egg for each sandwich into the bowl, add about 2-3 tablespoons of milk (for each egg) and scramble with a fork. microwave for 1 minute and scramble again (you'll want to wash the fork each time). microwave for 30 seconds at a time until eggs are cooked through (one egg usually only takes an additional 30 seconds after the initial minute). Scrambling the eggs after each 30 second interval will help keep them fluffy.

Serve on a toast, or a toasted english muffin or bagel. You can top with a slice of cheese, bacon, suasage or ham. Or you can make a mexican version by adding salsa to the eggs and wrapping the egg/salsa mixture with colby, cheddar, monteray jack or pepper-jack cheese in a tortilla. quick, easy, and very filling

Other ideas:
Pita with peanut butter and sliced banana
Bagels with cream cheese, butter, or jam
Yogurt with granola
cottage cheese
ricotta cheese with sugar and pumpkin pie spice
cold cereal
instant oatmeal, cream of wheat, or grits
frozen breakfast items
breakfast bars or cereal bars
a cup of your favorite cereal in a baggie, and a cup of milk with a straw is a quick way to get "milk & cereal" when you're in a hurry and have to eat in the car
Breakfast milkshakes or smoothies (Bolthouse Farms makes a killer Vanilla Soy & Green Tea Chai smoothie which is pre-made and ready to drink)
Jiffy or Betty-Crocker muffins (the mixes are cheap and they are easy to bake, with directions right on the package)
A lot of grocery stores now have salad bars, which also carry breakfast items (although you will mostly find fruit)
A fresh potato, cleaned, peeled and sliced thin, will cook up pretty quickly in a skillet with butter or olive oil. You can then add a can of corned beef hash (I don't particularly care for the stuff but I know a lot of people do).
And a teenage favorite (or at least it was when I was a teenager): cold pizza from the night before

Pancakes and muffins can be time-consuming, but your day off from work might be a good time to experiment. I try to make a big breakfast on the weekends and then refrigerate or freeze the leftovers, which I will then microwave during the week for a quick breakfast. Scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage will reheat in the microwave in just a matter of seconds. Pancakes or waffles, cooked on my day off and then frozen, will then re-heat in the microwave or a toaster. And home-made is definitely better for you than the pre-made frozen varieties which will be full of sugar and preservatives.

This is one of my family's favorite: in a pan cook diced onion, diced green pepper, and sausage until onion and pepper is fork tender, add frozen hashbrowns and cook until brown on both sides; top with grated cheese it's really good. Or i like oatmeal and wheat toast. You can also get your favorite yogurt and top it with granola; yummy!

Malt o' meal or cream of wheat. It's better for you and is much more filling than cold cereal.

Btw, you do need to include fruit in your diet or you will be malnourished.

Oat bran or oatmeal and 100% whole wheat toast. In my opinion, eggs aren't bad.
