Hide and seek, in complete darkness. I know it sounds kiddish, but it's the best game ever. The finders don't get any kind of lights whatsoever, and the first two to be found are the new finders. (I am an undefeated champion hider!) Encourage everyone to find creative spots. I have seen people hide all over- in kitchen cupboards, on top of shelves, and one year a youth leader even hid inside our popcorn machine! You may also want to go around and make sure there are no extra light sources, and maybe even cover a few windows. There should be one "safe room" for people who don't want to play, where the lights stay on, and where the finders can stay while the hiders are hiding. We usually give them a good 5 minutes to hide.

A few cautions- you will have to make sure guys and girls don't hide together, and we usually make a rule that couples can't hide together in the same room. You might have to be more or less strict, depending on the maturity of these college students. (our group was mostly high school kids).

Anywho, I hope you all have fun, and God bless!

I recently used the format of Yahoo answers forum in a college bible school classroom situation. I printed off an unbelievable number of crazy off the wall questions I had answered that had been posed by atheists, muslims, and even Christians. After everyone who wanted to answered had answered then I would tell them how I answered the question. Everyone had a pad of paper and kept their own scores. Scoring was done the same. Anyone who is willing to offer an answer got 2 points. The best answer as chosen by the group got 10 points. My answers didn't count toward prizes.

It was fun (some of the answers were pretty funny too) and it also helped each Christian realize how non Christians think and the questions they want answered in regard to our faith. I believe this helped equip each student to be better prepared to give an answer to those who would question their faith.

It would be best to have some type of a prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Maybe a bible study guide. Or a book of prayers. Or etc, etc, etc. Everybody seemed to enjoy it. It was competitive and also helped build faith.

hide and seek for, in complete darkness. i recognize it sounds kiddish, in spite of the indisputable fact that it really is the perfect sport ever. The finders do not get any form of lights in any respect, and the first 2 to be got here across are the recent finders. (i'm an undefeated champion hider!) inspire each man or woman to stumble on innovative spots. I easily have considered human beings hide throughout- in kitchen cabinets, on proper of cabinets, and one 12 months a youngsters chief even concealed interior our popcorn device! you could also opt for to bypass round and make confident there aren't any better effortless elements, or perhaps possibly conceal some living house windows. There must be one "secure room" in case you do not opt for to play, the position the lights proceed to exist, and the position the finders can stay at the same time as the hiders are hiding. We regularly supply them a good 5 minutes to hide. some cautions- think about to make confident adult adult males and females do not hide together, and we regularly make a rule that couples can't hide together interior an same room. you could be better or a lot less strict, searching on the adulthood of those students. (our crew became usually extreme college youthful ones). Anywho, i wish you all have exciting, and God bless!

Late at night have everyone sit down and tell a story about a "personal moment" they had with Jesus. When it was just them and Jesus all alone. Maybe a revealing of something in scripture or just a moment when they knew GOD was with them. This is slightly uncomfortable but the end result will blow their minds and strengthen their faith.
Also ask them what they want to do and vote on it.

GOD bless ya.

Fruit Basket TurnOver is great.
You sit chairs in a circle. If you have 20 kids sit 19 chairs in a circle. One Adult that is not playing can call tell the fruit each player will be in private to each one. One kid will always be in the middle cause there is not enough chairs, standing up. After the adult tells each kid what there fruit will be they take a seat minus the one standing in middle. They are not to tell each other there fruit. The fruit you have to choose from is APPLES, ORANGES, BANANAS, CHERRIES. When your ready to begin the adult not playing can call two fruits at one time or a fruit basket turn. If he/she calls two fruits those who are lets say Apples, and Oranges have to change seats and they cannot sit in the same seat they just came from. If the adult callls a fruit basket turnover everyone must switch seats and cannot get the same seat they just came from. So you can either call two fruits at a time for awhile and then call a fruit basket turnover twice if you like. Mix it up how ever you like it.

To make sure you understand if I call Banana's and Cherries those who was named that fruit from the beginning has to change seats. This can be a fun game for adults as well. If you have any questions e-mail me.

My church had the best games~ relay races, once they brought in 2 liter bottles of soda split us in teams gave us straws and the team that finished it first won ~ a bottle of soda! ( j/k :o])
4 square, donut on a string ( really fun w/ powdered donuts - u hang them up & make every1 put their hands behind their back 1st to finish it wins!) Give all 4 small pieces of paper, every1 name a celebrity on each piece then fold it- throw them all in a hat or whatever - split into teams and your teammates have to guess who it is, keep the ones they guess, the most wins! Bobbing for apples and scavenger hunts! God I miss being a kid ~ sort of. Enjoy!

Get some water and see who can turn it into wine the fastest. Who ever does, gets to be Jesus for a day.
