Don't start until your feel comfortable with it. Try and if it hurts or is unpleasant then stop. It can take time to heal inside. But 4 weeks should be enough time.

u should wait at least 3-6 weeks, so as long as u are not in any kind of pain, no stitches and are not bleeding then u will be fine. It is very easy to get pregnant right after having a baby so make sure u use protection. Have Fun!

I waited 6 -8 weeks after both of my children. After my 6 week check up with my ob he gave me the go ahead to have sex. Though I was very careful, especially with my second because of c-section and I had my tubes tied, my first was also a c-section.

My doc said as long as I had stopped bleeding and felt comfortable I could go ahead, but I didn't have a tear. Call the office and talk to them. The 'six week rule' usually applies to the worst case scenario, like people who have had severe tears or epitomes.

You have to wait at least 6 weeks before having sex. I waited almost 9 weeks! I tore really bad! And sex will hurt for a while too~

I did it based on how I felt. It was 6 weeks after my oldest, 2 weeks after the next one, 4 after #3 and 8 after #4. I tore bad with her. Just go slow, if it doesn't hurt then go ahead but I'd stop if there's any pain.

Most doctors advise to wait until after your six-week-checkup so they can make sure everything is okay. Heck, my husband and I didn't resume having sex until month 4 after delivery! I was waaaay too tired until then!!
I would say do what you want, but if you can stand to wait another two weeks I would wait to see what your doctor says. Good luck!

Typically you are suppossed to wait 6 weeks per doctors orders. I know many women who do it before that time period is over but you must be very careful!!

By the way--you can get pregnant again! Birth control!!!
