Well the only way to lose weight fast is to either not eat anything but fruits and veggies and very little, go bulimic, or try some of those Hydroxycut those worked for me for a while. But I'll give you some personal advise when I was pregnant with my little girl I gained a lot of weight I was 145 before and 246 when I gave birth i was Hugh and miserable after giving birth I knew I had to lose weight to be happy so I started this knew job (labor) job and drank 2 gallons of water a day I only ate those rice-a-roni (by Lipton) and those noddle's that were no more then 6 grams of fat in them and it took 9 months to lose 119 pounds but I did it on my own and I've kept it off for 7 years and I'll grantee that ill never be big again cause It just made me so unhappy .......But anyway girl I was just kidding about bulimic don't do that do it the right way makes you feel better, but it's hard to lose weight fast there is no magic cure just have will power really really want to and do it for yourself no one else just you girl.. GOOD LUCK

Cambridge Diet. You will DEFINETLY lose with it and it's very healthy. (cheap too!) It provides support as well, but it's all telephonic or via the internet rather than face-to-face meetings. I lost 17 lbs in the first 3 weeks (under my doctor's supervision) and am now down from a size 16w/18 to a 10 in 3 months time. It's definetly worth looking into and it's been around a very long time. Check out the website below for details on the diet.

Wow, you're trying to lose 80 lbs by December 12th? You could lose at least 50 on my program. I'd love to show you a few things. Calorie King is fine but: 1 gram protein = 4 cal 1 gram carbohydrate = 4 cal 1 gram fat = 9 cal Providing yourself with empowering information will help you make wiser choices in the food you buy and eat out. Also, helps you interpret nutritional stories in the media so you can distinguish useful information from nonsense, giving you the control you need over your personal nutrition. KNOWLEDGE = WISE CHOICES I don't believe you have the right information, but you're very informed on all the wrong subjects. Email me for help.

This is what worked for me. I did 200 minutes of cardio every week. I did planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. On training days, I did 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then weight training, followed by more cardio.
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Good luck!

Weight watchers should have worked unless u cheated. Regardless, if you want a safe way to do it and quick, become a vegetarian. Don't stop your daily activity though. Rather, perform additional activities that will increase your metabolism. Go for a jog, get into dance dance revolution, take up swimming at your local gym or YMCA. Things that will get you more physical. Lastly, make sure you take multivitamins, and drink lots of water. This is the safest way without gimmicks, expensive memberships, or drugs.

Drink lots of water. Walk or run several (at least 3) miles a day. No sugar, no white bread, low fat. Small portions, 6 times a day to prevent snacking.
