I have nothing against people who came from Mexico who are legal in our country. However, I have a real problem with people who broke the law to cross our borders ILLEGALLY! I don't care what country they came from!

Usually the people who are hard on Mexicans are the same ignorant people you'll see being hard on any race other than their own. I don't have a problem with Mexicans at all. Their work ethics are becoming much better than most Americans' these days, and Americans know it so they feel threatened. Other than that, I see them just like any other person or race - there is no difference.

I believe it is because the majority of our illegal aliens are Mexican. Those that would illegally enter this country place a greater burden on all persons of that nationally, and consequently a greater degree of racially motivated prejudice against persons of that nationality. Mexican people in this country, by trying to promote their own race only widen the gap between themselves and the general populace.

Do you mean illegal Mexicans or Mexican Americans or legal Mexican immigrants? Just saying Mexican kinda generalizes all of them.

I hire Mexicans,Canadians,Indonesians not for where they come from but for how they preform their jobs.As for taking jobs from Americans, well they asked for the job first.I am in the lumber business. Two of my sales people are from Canada& they do a great job at sales. Three of my yard people are Indonesians & my yard is orderly & neat. I have 9 trucks3 are driven by Mexicans. They each have clean driving records with me where 2 of my American drivers have each had a accident (not their fault). I am very happy with my workers & hope they feel the same about me..

Legal ones are ok, the illegals are protesting the wrong government, they need to complain to the Mexican government.

Americans discriminate against themselves too. i think the reason they are so insecure is because some time ago they were immigrants themselves too, they were Irish, danish, English, German. and they slowly occupied land that was not theirs and claimed it from the natives. little by little these Europeans pushed the Indians to the far west. they created jobs, buildings and laws. they soon forgot they were immigrants. Americans are insecure they will be overturned by the same fate.

racism and "taking jobs" from americans although some of it is true considering same qualifications mex is hired kuz of money issues now a days
