i was 16 when i met my first hubby, he was 24 BIG MISTAKE! we married when i was 18 and it was the worst. I missed alot of the years i needed to grow up, it really wasn't love.

sweetie, ask yourself are you dating them or him? If they can't accept your happines, than why would you care for someone who doesn't wish you well? We are not it 18th century, and your relationship is legall. Why bother yourself when you can enjoy!
It's all about in adittude! If you think, cbelieve and convince yourself that there's nothing wrong with your relationship (like there isn't), others will accept it like a totally normal thing. But if you make a problem of it, like you do, EVERYONE will attack you. People were once animals. They preserved an instinct that helps them feel fear. What do animals do when thy feel fear? They attack! Fiercely...
I'm not just making all this up... I'm telling you from personal xpirience! My man is 10 years older. He's even drinking coffee with my mom, and having discussions with my older brother.
You ask why u couldn't fall in love with someone your age?
Well you can't choose for whom you'll fall! That's why it's called falling! You can't regain balance once you've already on the ground, now, can you!
Live YOUR life, don't consider oppinions of people who are just jelaous because you're happy! He's got the xpirience, you are starting to get yours, so he complets you.
You're wrong. It isn't hard. With that attitute you'll get nowhere. Perhaps you'll end up alone surrounded with so many fake friends who would probably tell you how much better you are doing without him. It isn't hard!!! You are the one who's making it hard.
Go live! Take his love, show the world how happy you are together! If THEY say anything, laugh in their face ! And kiss him in front of them. Enjoy life. Don't complicate it making problems when there aren't ones, it's already horrible enough and it test us from the day we are born.
Feel his love girl. Be happy when you have the chance...

Age difference is not really an issue if you love someone, but you have not said how old you are? You said no one would accept you well maybe its because you are under age?
Other than that issue I dont see a problem, if you love each other 8yrs is nothing.
As why you havent fallen in love with someone your own age goes, well love is funny like that you never know when its going to come along or who you will fall in love with.

Unless you're a teenager and you're dating a older guy, who cares if he's older than you. It sounds like the person w/ the real problem may be you. Age isn't a factor in who you love. Think about it

This is hard and it happens to all of us. U know age doesnt matter now. If u love him but u truly love him u know its hard to let go of someone for age reasons. I wouldnt really worry about it. As longest u r 18 or older. Love is Pain wether we wanit to be or not.

girl yo picture look a hot mess.... but anyway to answer your question I think if your over 21 then it's not so bad ... but if your under 21, you just might need a little growing up to do .... in other words why would someone that old want you? think about ... is it the sex? control? find out what his family is like also .... do some research on him before you give your heart away....

As long as your over 18- don't sweat it.
I have a GF who will be celebrating her 15th anniversary with a guy who is much older then her. She is 37 and he is in his early 60's. They are very much in love- and it shows.

well 1st become really good friends and if hes only a couple of years older who cares go for it but if hes 3 or more years wait a while

its O.K. he is onley 8 years older i was in love with a guy that was12 years older than me . if you like him and he likes you than dond let other people tell you who you should date and who you shouldnt it your life so do what you want to do and keep right on likeing the guy girl .

age doesnt matter the older the better i think. my man is 10 yrs older than me and who cares what everyone else thinks. are they going to make you happy.
