All four of my wisdom teeth are coming in, but I can't afford to have them removed just yet. ( iam currently searching for dental insurance) Two of The teeth are about half-way through the gum. But are coming in sideways, pushing my teeth crooked. No pain currently. I just am afraid that they will get infected.

HI! Sorry to hear about the trouble...getting them removed is no picnic either.....been there, done that.
Clove oil (found in health food stores or maybe a BIG gorcery chain), is very effective at relieving pain. If they begin to hurt ,you can use that. Place a few drops on a cotton ball and place over sore area (hold in your mouth) and allow it to work it's magic...It tastes very bitter in the beginning, but when the pain gets that bad.....it beats the discomfort and you aren't limited to how many times or how often you can use it.
You can also use a clove tea bag...not quite as effective but you can get some relleif with the tea bag if the pain isn't severe.
I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth cut out of my jaw years ago....and got a condition called "dry socket". Hurts worse than childbirth! The Doc used the Clove oil on me.....works a miracle...and best of all...you aren'd drugged up and can still function...(and it's all natural)!!!

an added bonus tidbit of information...if you get a flu or catch cold and have a sore throat...sprinkle as much ground cloves as you can stand the taste of into hot tea with some honey. The honey soothes the throat and the clove numbs it!

get them out asap. I had same problem, and by pushing sideways, they will eventually damage molars to the point of destruction. Also , they can cause jaw damage if they get infected and cause serious jaw damage. They can break up and believe me, the pain is no joke. Get a loan and get them out. I regretted not doing it, as I no longer have my original molars ( 8 now bridged, costs a lot more then the surgery to remove the wisdom teeth. The sideways action is called impaction, and a planogram x-ray will show this. Don't leave it too late and good luck

Hey there. It's best to talk to an oral surgeon about your problem: Impacted wisdom teeth are very tricky to have extracted and you want the best man for the job. A lot of places can work out a payment plan for you. Until then, I suggest keeping the area clean by brushing 2-3 times a day, and floss the rest of your teeth as well, to keep bacteria levels in your mouth low. Also, warm salt water rinses work well to clean and soothe (a coffee cup of warm tap water to a teaspoon of table salt) For pain: Use ibuprofen like Advil, it is an anti-inflammatory.
Bottom line: Those puppies should come out asap. G'luck

Just brush them, like you brush your other teeth.
