I think it is you're choice. He is already getting paid, so you could just leave it at that. Now if he was doing it for free, yes I would tip him.

i dont know where you live but here in the state of pennsylvania they are not allowed to except any tips or gifts. I know that because i just got married and the judge told us that himself.

Yes, Do not be so cheap as 20.00!!!!!! I would think 100.00 as a minimum followed by thank you gift and card
