call irs and give them your name and church name and they can find it for you. also if you have a bank account, your bank will have it on file for you. or if you have a payroll for employees, ask them to check a stub from paycheck and it will be on there.
usually your tax id number is a social security number with letters or numbers before it or after it...........

did you put that number on any documents, with an accountant or the irs
couldn't you call the irs

Call the IRS, they will have it, but you will need proof of who you are and probably a report on the theft.

why not just pay taxes on your income, you don't need all that money, and its not like you're gonna give any to the poor.
