What you are thinking of are the Aramith Super Pro (TV) Balls. Aramith is a division of Saluc, a company in Belgium. Please check out the website link. The dotted cue ball, also called the "measles" ball, is also an Aramith Product. You can often find these sets for sale on eBay as well. Please bear in mind that the (TV) balls and the spotted ball were both developed for supposedly easier viewing on TV. I do feel that I should caution you against using the spotted cue ball, as it tends to draw your eyes to the cue ball as you are stroking, not to your target where they should be. Personally, you're best off getting the regular Aramith Super Pro set with the standard cue ball. Then again, I'm a purist. Happy shooting! M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
