How? Anchor babies are citizens, and instantly qualify for public welfare aid. Between 300,000 and 350,000 anchor babies annually become citizens because of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
Anchor babies are valuable. A disabled anchor baby is more valuable than a healthy one
illegal aliens don't have to go through any process in fact they are exempt from all that. They are, in fact, rewarded for disobeying U.S. law by having their children granted automatic citizenship. In addition, the happy family is entitled to welfare benefits. And, illegal alien parents who have children born in the U.S. are seldom deported . That's why their children are called "anchor babies" - they anchor their families securely in the U.S.A.

1) some states have welfare programs for "migrants" or "immigrants" that are a slimey way to give taxpayers money to illegal aliens. It is called Suplimentary Services for Immigrants.

2) illegal alien women who pop out anchor babies, then run down to the welfare office and get welfare with the babies birth certificate. These women only care about getting the money and they think the anchor baby will let them stay here illegal or not, they don't really care about the child at all.

3) they buy stolen IDs and stolen social security numbers, then use that to get welfare. This, BTW, is a FELONY, for which they can be sent to prison for 25 years and have to pay a $250,000.00 fine, then get deported.

Oh...and, do you know what? Fewer than 2% of illegal aliens in this country are picking crops, but over 42% are collecting welfare. What do you think about that?

Fake documents, they get a fake SS number and a fake ID to go with it. Some use other means but thats pretty much the basics.

Angela R, there are no official documents when it comes to welfare since the the Privacy Act of 1974 prevents it. When people post numbers they are simply doing it to bolster their point of view. For one IF they did recieve welfare they had to have a SS number and ID. So if they managed to get that then how can say their are illegals on welfare when you need to prove you are legal to begin with? In other words it's just propaganda.

The fact that the state of Colorado has just stated, within the last year, that they want proof that they are legal, says to me that the rules vary from state to state and that they just know which states they need to go to.

Where I live, they busted a place where illegals can get legitimate looking documents. This company was franchised, as well.

SICK!

I think many are not on welfare, and the one's I know of, keep a low profile, they would never get on welfare, they want to remain invisable....Don't believe everything you hear....Whats more, I would like to see some govt. statistics as to how many are really on welfare....Remember, there are 20 million illegals living in this country, you mean to tell me they are all on welfare? I think not!

The same way they get jobs, they use fake(or stolen) documents. Crime is crime, and I have picked plenty of vegetables to know that it isn't that hard to do it. If you'd rather have a criminal here so he can pick your produce, you have serious priority issues.
